During the event “Five generations at work – how can it be successful?”, the discrepancies between the different generations were highlighted on the basis of current press publications from the areas of society, sports and the business world. These mainly concern the attitude to work, the work-life balance and the communication. With later retirement, the age range of the workforce in companies increases from year to year. In some cases, there are up to 50 years between the oldest and youngest employees, so that managers are faced with the daily challenge of how to equally meet everyone’s needs.
The INSPIRER project has created three tailor-made, practical and free-to-use tools which were presented at this event in December 2022.
