National Reports concluded and the Synthesis report on its way!

The partners have created by now, February 2021, their National reports based on the interview and survey results as well as the Eurostat’s data on the status of corporate culture and older employees’ inclusion in the workplace.  It is time for the Synthesis report now which will allow the consortium to arrive to concrete results about the first output.

Surveys of managers and personnel are concluded!

All partners of the Inspirer project succeeded, by the end of January, to conclude interviews and surveys of over 300 managers of multigenerational companies and valuable information and ideas were gathered that will help the consortium to create the first project output, the Training course on multigenerational workplace culture. The willingness of stakeholders to participate and the eagerness with which they await the results is a very good sign about the need that exists in all European countries for the inclusion of older employees in organisational cultures.

Inspirer has started!

The kickoff meeting of the project was supposed to take place Kosice, Slovakia but due to the Covid-19 situation, partners met virtually on the December 26th, 2020. Even though a kickoff meeting in person generally promotes team spirit and togetherness, the project partners succeeded in creating a climate of cooperation and communication, even through a virtual environment. Organisations and persons got aquatinted, opinions and ideas were exchanged, and the bases were set for the first project steps.
