About us

Inspirer project is a European Erasmus+ project aiming to promote, through innovative and integrated approaches, equality, and diversity in the workplace, for companies that employ both younger and older generations.

Inspirer provides companies, organisations, managers, and employees the necessary tools to eliminate age discrimination and segregation in the workplace and to create positive and inclusive working environments for older generations.

The consortium that gives the project services their expertise and validation is a multinational team, experienced in Human Resources and Training.

IDEC is a training and consulting company located in Piraeus, Greece. Its activities consist of training, management consulting, quality assurance, evaluation, and development of ICT solutions for both private and public sector. Clients of IDEC are both SMEs and the bigger Greek companies of a wide variety of sectors. IDEC has vast experience in EU projects both as educational provider and as management consulting company and it has created multiple e-learning courses, platforms, educational games, as well as benchmarking and self-assessment tools for different target groups. Some of the thematics that it focuses are digitalisation, innovation management, quality assurance, design thinking, gamification, soft skills, media literacy, intercultural competencies etc.

Trebag Intellectual Property and Project Manager Ltd is a Hungarian private company and living lab with huge network locally and regionally among stakeholders and actors in business and education. It is situated in a suburb of Budapest, Hungary. Its main field of activity is R+D+I and research, and development of training materials, as well as promoting community building and education for the benefit of local and regional communities.

VHS Cham

VHS Cham is a registered, non-profit association in Upper Palatinate. It acts on the regional level and provides courses in the field of society, vocation, languages, health culture and special courses (second chance schools and literacy programmes). The great part of activities is directed to young people, unemployed persons, 50+ generation also those with a migration background and those who want to change qualifications. Within those measures, guidance activities, training and apprenticeship activities with cooperation of local and regional employers are carried out. VHS Cham has a key interest in VET quality because many enterprises in the region face a lack of skilled workers due to the low unemployment rate. VHS Cham has had a wealth of experience coordinating and acting as a key partner in many European projects over the years.

OBES (OMOSPONDIA VIOMICHANIKON ERGATOUPALLILIKON SOMATEION)

OBES is a Federation of Industrial Workers Unions in Greece and has 32 members, trade unions from industrial companies all over Greece. OBES has a rich activity record mainly in the field of promoting information and consultation both nationally and internationally. At the national level it is considered to be the focal point for expertise on European Works Councils (EWCs).  One of the main aims of OBES is to co-operate with organisations in Greece and abroad in order to resolve common problems and needs of the working class and employees in general.

The Camera di Commercio Italo-Lussemburghese is a not-for-profit association, founded in 1990, which is recognized by the Italian Ministry for Foreign Trade, with the patronage of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Luxembourg Government and that of the Italian Embassy in Luxembourg. Member of the network of the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad, CCIL has become a reference point for most of the Italian enterprises wishing to operate in Luxembourg, as well as for the local and regional authorities which aim to promote their products and services in the geographical and institutional heart of Europe.
